I have answered several questions like this one and I will tell you the same things. There are common questions, like "tell me about yourself", "what are your strenghts/weaknesses" etc, questions regarding the company and the position you are seeking for, like "Which of your skills do you think benefit the post you have applied for" or "What makes you a perfect candidate for the position we have open in our company", and then....tricky questions.

A good reason that interviewers like for leaving your current job is that there is no opportunity to advance. If you tell them that you want to advance, then the interviewer knows that you plan on sticking with the company, and won't move on as soon as something else pops up. The best achievement question is a little tricky. I would make sure that I told them something I was proud of (NOT how many shots I managed to drink at the bar last weekend) and then follow it up with how you always strive to do your best, and that you are your own best competition because doing well at your job makes you a better person and other BS. Some interviews are tough. My favorite question to ask when I am doing the interview is "Tell me about a disagreement you had with a supervisor and what you did to resolve it." You can find out a lot about peoples' personalities just by their facial reactions to make sure that you don't get an office diva or over-reactor... Good luck!

Never blame the previous company or management for leaving the job. Always present that you have a good relationship with the previous employer and a well wisher. Most of the times you can say that your company had no major project or assignment for you at the moment and you have mutually agreed to find a better job.
