hey,,, just wonderin if theres a way to get ma ipod louder as its too quiet for my likin,,, any suggestions??

there is a program called gopod, this will release your ipod from audio limitations and take it to the MAX

In the main menu, select "Settings" and you will see "Volume" or "Adjust Max Volume". (depending on which iPod you have) Select this and you can change the level of your max volume. When I bought mine it was only set about halfway up the scale. Once you move it to max you will have more room for adjustment w/ your scroll wheel during song play. Other than that, I don't know what to tell you unless you invest in different headphones.

While it's playing a song or video, you can rotate the scroll to control volume just like you would do to scroll thru your playlists

Just because they are "small" earpieces doesn't mean that hearing loss can be avoided. It's all about the decibals and how long you are exposed to them...

in case you've been on a bike or something, somewhat than in a motor vehicle? honestly. They get somewhat loud, mine is basically too loud now and it is purely up like a million click! yet...that's slightly risky in case you've been on a bike with headphones taking section in loud song.

turn up the volume...
also, on itunes you can go to info (ctrl i) for all the songs (you can select your whole library if you wish) then options and use "volume adjustment" to make the songs louder all the time.

go to setting, then sound check, turn it off, then back, then your back to settings main menu, so then you go to volume limt, and pump it up!!!!!!!!!!!
