One big tablespoon of dark honey, not only has antioxidants in it, but it also helps put us to sleep..... Its a proven "Home-Remedy". Then, some people such as myself, get tired from sweets, so I cannot eat them during the day, at all, or I'll be ready for a nap!! so, when I have a hard time sleeping at night I'll have a small peice of Dark chocolate, such as from a "Special" candy bar.... And within 10 minutes , I'm in "La-La-Land!!" Kid you not!! Or try having a warm cup of decaf tea with honey in it, to warm your body and make you tired together! Good-Luck, to you!!
