Since zenith is the topmost and nadir is the bottommost, there cannot be more than 1 of those.

But if you want to refer to some highs and lows, you could refer to the PEAKS and TROUGHS

I think you mean "corona" and "coronae".

In most cases you would not need a plural for "zenith" or "nadir" but if you do, just add an "s".

Just nadirs and zeniths, simple. :) I like fancier plurals like koruna (singular) and koruny(plural)
