From time to time I gain insight into what it is I must do to feel better about myself and how I must live my life to be happier. It seems that I am unable to keep these thoughts in the forefront of my mind. It’s as though I have a problem concentrating or focusing long enough on these thoughts to insight an action that would propel me to the realization or manifestation of the desires the thoughts instill. I know what it is I must do but somehow fail to do it. It is as if there is some malfunction between having the knowledge and acting on that information. What could be obstructing me from taking action?

The main thing that is obstructing you from taking action is YOU!! There is no malfunction between having the knowledge and acting on the information, just get over yourself. First you need to get fed up on how you are at the moment and gather a willpower like you never have. Find something, that thing that makes you wanna be a different person, that which gives you inspiration and act on it, coupled with a strong will, you will be what you want to be.

Change, even if we know it is in our best interest is tough and as humans we won't change until the pain of staying the same is greater than making a change. Often the ideas are great, the intent is there, the list is made, we have entered all the info into our lives and as we step forward to execute our wonderful plan we become immobile, mortified or overwhelmed. And, unless the plan to change is big enough we tend to go back to what we know. Hence, humans can become stagnant and even endure unbelievable amounts of suffering. This concept addresses why so many stay in what others believe are unbearable situations for so very long. We find comfort in the familiar, even if it is painful.

Fear of failure. Along with that comes self-doubt that you will ever find what you need or want. A lot of us have it. The world's tougher than it looks from here. You sound more like a winner than a loser though. Do it now while you are still strong and
inspired enough to get on the road you choose.
Good Luck!! @8=)
