Switzerland acknowleged same sex marriage as legal in the last couple of years. There were even a couple of recent ones in the paper just lately...
It's recognised and is legally binding, with 'almost' the same legal rights as conventional marriages.
The stipulations compare to a ' concubinage'

Who gives a $hi7. Same sex marriage is like having an electrical extension cord but no electric outlet to plug it into. Kinda useless.
