How to set up e-mail on moto SLVR L7 (The red phone)?

I have the motorola SLVR L7 and i noticed that on the 'Message Center' option list you have'Email Msgs' when i click it it says 'email clint requires set up', but i dont know what setting to put in. If it helps im on 02 and its PAYG
