I live in Indiana and we have had an extremely warm winter so far. My roses have gotten new leaves my crocrus are comming up. Now it's gotten cold. Will this hurt the plants for spring?

Don't worry...if they are hardy varieties in your zone they should survive. The leaves will likely be frost damaged, but new ones will grow. If there is no snow on the ground you could mulch around the shrubs/roses. But, snow on it's own is a natural insulator against wind chill,etc.

Yes I believe you will get what we call in the UK a certain amount of die-back, try to protect the roses with agricultural fleece

We put dead leaves in the fall around our roses, it seems to protect them pretty well against the cold.

it will knock them back but they will be fine
