Any sex outside of marriage of two people.
because all else cheapens what G-d has for us. Those who sexual desires outside of marriage can't and will never be happy because they will seek out more all the time.
UPDATE: It is a fact those who have sex before the marriage are more likely to have a divorce. Sex is great but it is best when it is one on one.

There are many different views on this and therefore many different answers to your question. To me personally, it would be anything that has to do with a child, an animal or any other act that is not wanted or is forced.
