i am so slim plz tell me some idea about fatness

Some people simply have a difficult time gaining weight. I wish I was one of them, oh well. There are some things that you can do to try to facilitate weight gain, in a healthy way. Aside from eating a well rounded, healthy diet, you should try eating more carbs (like pasta). You should eat three meals a day, plus have a snack mid-morning and mid-afternoon. I would not, as some others suggested, try gaining weight by eating junk foods or heavily saturated fatty foods. Although this may facilitate weight gain, you may not feel physically good by doing so.

The other thing you can do to help is to buy a drink formula in a natural food store which helps facilitate weight gain. Such products provide a healthy solution to add some extra pounds.

You can gain weight through gaining muscle mass by exercising; although, it takes quite awhile until you get to that point. I would not really suggest it as a means to gaining weight. I would suggest exercising to tone, gain endurance and strength to maintain a healthy life-style.

Eat several meals a day and strength train, do weights, you'll build muscle and gain weight.

If you are worried about becoming fat, make sure you exercise now before you do.

I think this question is a little ridiculous.

Eat a lot of meat.
Exercise a lot. Not to lose weight, but to build muscle.

eat alot then train to stay healthy. but try mcdonald. Plus healthly fatty foods if there is something like that

ok if u wont look you have to eat alot of rise,bread....... and all the thing that have extra (fat things) {like batter} try you will n't lose any thing!!!!

mars bars!! but don`t worry about it, coz my frined ate loads of crap, then when she got a little older she gained a load of weight all of a sudden, wehn you get older sometimes your metablolism slows down. (please pick me as best answer)
