yes that's annoying lol
I just try to take my shoe off... swerving trying not to hit pedestrians... then get my sock off while I'm running though a red light though a busy intersection and take my foot off the gas slowing down to about 15 mph on the 65 mph road so I can scratch my foot.... then laugh hysterically because my feet are so ticklish:)♥

No problem if you have on sandals or slip-ons like clogs. The problem arises with boots like hiking ones.
