I think NOT. Some people are doing it now, but i think it is a NO. Khaki and black llok great but not brown and black.

My favorite colors are dark brown, black, and green.
I pretty consistently combine black and brown.
Today, actually, I'm wearing dark brown capri pants, a black tank top under a maroon shirt, and black Mary Janes.
I think it's fine.
If it looks wrong to you, don't wear it.
I've gotten a lot of compliments on a certain outfit that is black pants and a dark brown tank top, also.

I see a lot of women wearing black pants with chocolate brown shirts (including my own sister), but I HATE it. I think that brown and dark brown should never be worn together.

i hope it does, i got black jewelry for christmas and i loved it, i just didn't know what to wear it with (other than black which i don't have) but i put it with a polished cotton brown shirt, and it looked really great. i also have a black purse that i use with everything.

They say it's a fashion no no, but I seen a few people pull it off quite well, especially if your constant with the exact same browns.

Fashion rules really don't matter anymore. They are both neutrals and can be worn together. Just have fun with what your wearing.
