Yes you certainly can if you have another POP3 account.

Go to tools:accounts
Under the mail tab, on the left click add then mail. The wizard will walk you through the rest.

Make sure that the one you want to use the most is set up as the default. Then when you go to write a new mail the From section will be a drop down box and you can choose which email that you want to send it to.

All the emails from all accounts will go into the inbox however. If you want them seperated you can create a sub-folder in your inbox and creat a message rule that all emails with the To: containing whichever email will automatically go into that subfolder.

Yes, you can go to manage IDs and put several on there. I am not sure what the limit is, but I know you can have at least 5.

yes you can have any number of email accounts
