unfortunalty it happens and its pretty sick but it is when relatives (not through marriage) sleep together and concieve a baby. like a brother and a sister having a baby together would make the baby inbred! make sense???

Inbreeding is when people from the same bloodline have children.
Many kids whose parents were bro/sis, father/daughter, etc, turn out with genetic problems. (mental retardation, deformities, etc)
