i want protect my usb hardisk and folder with password which can canot use without passwod in other computer?

use folderlock to lock drives and folders. search it on google

u can protect ur data on usb disk
u remane the folder which u want to protect
by using ASCII values
e.g-
on dos
press ALT+255
where 255 is ur password
when u want to open that folder then u again rename back to u want

if your drive is big enough to be formatted in NTFS file format then you can use the following procedure:
log on to the computer using your own user account,
format the USB drive to NTFS format
right click and click on properties of the drive,
in the properties encrypt it
now if you use this drive using any other user account you can't access it.
