You'll need to level them up. Go into valor, wisdom or master forms and defeat heartless. Check the status of your drives, the number to the next level is how many more heartless you need to defeat in order to gain the next level. Keep leveling them up and you'll get the drive level 5.

simply keep fighting. The Bonus level goes up as you fight in special battles, by the end of the game, you'll wind up with 7 drives regardless. i'd at least try fighting around first, because after you get drive 5, then you'll need Thundaga.

you gain drive gauge 5 when in Hallow Bastion for the second time after you do Trons world, you will then have drive gauge of 5 and this will let you do the next song in alantica (speak to sebstion lol)
