placed an order online but a never got the product. when i try to contact the vendor they are telling they dont sell product over the internet. i try to e-mail them from the confirmation e-mail the they send me. but e-mail address doesnt work. please advise?

Contact your bank or credit card company and dispute the transaction. Then, the bank will deal with the company directly and you'll have your money back!

Contact your bank or credit card company then tell them what happend, then contact ebay or whoever you tryed to get it from. If that does not work go to http://www.ic3.gov/ to file a Internet Crime Complaint
