im a student at college,3rd year physics,and i work after college,so i wake up at 7:15 pm, and sleep at 1:00 am, so is it good, or if not help me plz

6-8, and no more than 8........ A 20 year old is already an adult, so all adults shouldn't get more than 8 hours sleep, or we've been known to feel the same way we do, when we haven't had enough sleep...... Atleast I do. I get feeling all fatigued... From either or, not enough sleep , or too much sleep. Anyway, it is 6-8 hours, and no more....

You NEED at least 8 hours of sleep that goes for everyone no matter how old they are.

7-10 hrs is normal range...drink water to help your body go through your ruff schedule;;; happy new year !!

8 HOURS IS GOOD FOR ALL, BUT YOUNGER PEOPLE CAN GET BY ON LESS SINCE THEY DO SO MANY THINGS TO KEEP BUSY.
