Why am I so emotionably unstable all of the sudden?

For some reason, when I woke up this morning, I just started crying. I have been crying all day & I'm not even sad about anything!! Is it a medical condition? Whats wrong with me?

I'mma virgin! & I'm not sad about anything so how am I depressed?

So I guess I'm having a panic attack.

It almost sound like a panic/anxiety attack.
Anxiety attack is a normal reaction to stress. It helps one deal with tense situations. In general it helps one cope.
Panic attacks are sudden surges of overwhelming fear that comes without warning and without any obvious reason. It is far more intense than having anxiety or the feeling of being stressed out that most people experience. Some symptoms include Racing or pounding heartbeat, Chest pains, Dizziness, Lightheartedness, Nausea, Difficulty breathing, Tingling or numbness in the hands, Flushes or chills, Dreamlike sensations or perceptual distortions,Terror - a sense that something unimaginably horrible is about to occur and one is powerless to prevent it, Fear of losing control and doing something embarrassing, Fear of dying, & Uncontrolable crying.

Sounds like someone is pregnant! I have heard of this before, and pregnancy is usually one of the reasons. But hormones are a funny thing. I would look at webmd.com or just do a general search at google. I am sure there is a ton written about it. Good Luck.

Very hormonal. The two most likely possibilities is you could be pregnant or experiencing PMS. Get an EPT or wait a few to see if you get your period. My bet is PMS (pre menstrual syndrome) most women get it to some degree. If its still extreme after a week, call your doctor.
