I think a lot of the "glamour" has to do with a lack of knowledge about the job requirements. Its sort of a "grass is always greener" type scenario. When you only see the visible perks of any situation, and don't know the details, you tend to overlook the tedious or unpleasant aspects.
But, in general, I think anything involved with television or movies seems glamorous. Certainly higher paid/high profile jobs like corporate lawyers seem appealing b/c of the perks involved. And anything that requires a sort-of "jet-setter" traveling lifestyle.
