No, its not the best mobile phone ever.
First, let me tell ya the bests:
1.Very kool Safari web browser,
2.Ipod like sound quality,
3.The iPhone has three sensors:
A proximity sensor – when the iPhone is brought to one's ear the touchscreen shuts off. This is to save battery power and to prevent accidental contact with the user's face and ears from triggering phone features.
An ambient light sensor that adjusts screen brightness and saves power.
An accelerometer, which senses the orientation of the phone and changes the screen accordingly.
thats really kool n innovative!
4.OS-X
These are the main power of a iphone.
Now until late 2007 it will be locked to cingular with no3G[yet]
and a 2 Mpix camera.
while N95 is with HSDPA [8mb/s] with 5 mpix
with GPS.
Now, for US and till late 2007, iphone must be considered as best in the US until nokia will take some seious revelutionary steps.
But after 2007[2008] overall the world ipod gotta show some "common" things like 3G, XMpix camera etc to get over SE, Nokia.
And yeah!there is one important thing,
SE announced 8 GB memorystick duo,
so if they give the phones[w700,w800 ,k800i] the opportunity to handle 8 GIG cards via firmware
will people consider it worth buying an $600 iphone while they can get a 3 Mpix,3g[like k800i] at more cheap price!
thats the burning question!
but hey!dont worry ipod can do over all phones if people start to buy iphone like ipods!
so it is the most complicated thing ever being discussed on any forum on the internet

2. Locked with Cingular
3. Most people won't use half the crap on the phone, so why bother.

It is ridiculously awesome and I just wish it was on the Sprint network so I could get one. I invest in Cingular so I don't mind too much:)

i mean.. the irockr or w.e its called was a pretty good fone.. now it came out with the 2nd one that holds up to 500 songs from your itunes.. so i dont think this one will be pretty bad itself.. it just wont be worth the price they askin..

but the price not so cool...
wat next combining an ipod and with a PC/Mac
