No... You should try to avoid using chemicals to alter your pH, because bringing your pH up is easy to do naturally, using baking soda :) I bring my tap water pH up from 7 to 10 for my cichlids with about 1 tsp per 10 gallons of water. So just add one tsp per 30-40 minutes and test until it is where you want it.
Be careful not to increase too quickly, as it'll hurt your fish.

Please know, though, that most fish are highly adaptable to different pH, and that a fluctuating pH is worse than one that is just not perfect for them.

The pH Up is designed for your pool. I wouldn't use it the PH in your aqarium can be raised with simple baking soda or an inexpensive product from your pet store. Depending on your ph level try adding a 1/2 teaspoon and seeing what that does. I've had to go as far as 1 tablespoon before because of very hard water.

You should not even be using Ph up that is designed for fish tanks, much less anything else. Chemicals will do bad things to water and fish. Fish prefer to have it stable, if you use chemicals, the Ph will never be stable and your fish are going to have weaker immune systems because of it.

Unless you have african cichlids, you have no reason to raise Ph, and even then, you don't use chemicals, you put things in your tank to raise Ph. Things like shells and crushed coral will raise Ph GH and KH and keep it stable.

The PH for your pool is much stronger because it is working with much more water. It could raise the PH too much and kill your fish. Just go to a local pet store to find all kinds of PH boosting products.

I cannot stress enough that you should not be messing with the pH of your tank.

It is very, very hard to get stable pH in a fish tank when you are using chemicals to change it.

Fish are very susceptible to changes in pH and having an unstable pH is far worse than having the "wrong" pH.

Don't do it! It is quite a bit stronger and there is a good chance you will kill your fish. Better to go to the local fish store and spend $15 on some real pH balancer.

NO NO NO. please do not use this. You can get cheap products that will raise your pH or buy something that will buffer your pH so it wont change too much.
