Need Costume ideas for 2 male dachshunds...for a contest.
They have been pumpkins and Yoda & Anikin Skywalker in the past.

Get large paper bags. Cut holes in the ends for the head, and leg holes in the bottoms.
Slip them on and voila....they are Doggy Bags.

How about "Corn Dogs". Make a tube that will fit around their bodies and glue candy corn to the tubes. Slip the tubes over the dogs, eh voila! Two Corn Dogs, and you carry bottles of ketchup and mustard on a string around your neck. All day long you can tell corny jokes about Dachshunds.
Gosh, I do love that Doggy Bag idea too. Too cute.

I have seen pictures of dachshunds dressed as a hot dog inside of a bun and I think they look so cute!

Make one a cat and one a dog! Velcro tabs that connect, and you've got a CatDog!
Or, since they're weiner dogs, have one be a ketchup bottle and one be a mustard bottle!
