when either of u have outgrown each other either the organisation cannot offer u any thing more /better and u too have nuthing more to ofer to the organisation

if u r in a good name,although u r honest but they not will on u,if the organisation in loss,r u get good opportunity in other organisations

It is completely an individual choice.

But sure sign for a time to quit is when you wake-up in the morning cursing you damn job rather than being enthusiatic to reach office for another challenging day....rest assured time has come!

you should continue in any organisation as long as you get timely growth in terms of status and salary... once it stagnates you can select some other organisation...
