I've had pretty good luck with MAC Kohl eyeliner and Sephora brand eyeliner. They never seem to smudge, unless of course I rub my eyes...

Honestly, I use 99 cent wet and wild eyeliner and I love it. After I apply the eyeliner, I use an eyeshadow brush to dust some loose powder over it - which helps it set. I also use Paula dorf's eye primer that I put on before I put any eyemakeup on, and I think that helps as well.

I use a liquid eyeliner from Avon that has worked pretty well for me. It comes in a tube and has a fine tip to help apply thin lines.

Try using liquid eyeliner- it won't smudge and looks more natural.

Use liquid liner, and try as hard as you can not to rub your eyes during the day. If you still cant keep it on, bring a small tube with you and put it on in the bathroom at school or work when you have a mishap.
