I am not sure what to wear. I want to look sexy but not TOO sexy. I have pencil skirts and a lot of the trendy items for this season but what would be a great outfit for me. This is what I was thinking of wearing....give me your thoughts. Black pencil skirt with a small slit on the front thigh (not high) wide sexy belt possibly red with a crisp white shirt and red peep toed heels. Very fresh make up...not alot and a glossy nude lip? Sexy curly hair. Sound too much or just right?

It's a larger company so even when they say casual..the ladies will be dressed up slightly. I have been a few years in a row and it's a dimly light restaurant "flemings" we live near Chicago. I just don't want to be underdressed. If anyone has another outfit idea I would LOVE to hear it! Thanks

Your outfit sounds nice...just maybe topping the white crisp shirt with a gray sweater or some color cardigan sweater to make it more "business-casual" would tone down all the red maybe, and also play more to a business aspect. But, it sounds great as it is now too!

I like the black pencil shirt with the white shirt. I think the red shoes and belt may be a bit much but if when you put it on, it doesn't look too loud then go for it.

Simple, a skirt suit that hits at the knee. Wear a garter belt and stocking for later on. Do not drink too much and you husband too.

Hm, I guess it depends on where you are going, what city you're in and who you're going with. For my husband's work that would be a little much. What about a sweater vest to business it up but still keep it sexy? (Lose the belt)
