some tattoo artists never have any kind of formal education in art. my tattoo artist went to school for graphic design for a month before deciding that he'd rather just be a tattoo artist. however, he was already an artist, he had been drawing all his life. he got an apprenticeship at a local tattoo shop and went from there. most talented tattoo artists are already great at drawing and sketching freehand designs. all you really need to do is find an apprenticeship somewhere. good luck with that!

Not really just visit those into tattoo art and learn from them but for the drawings you can learn it in an art school
