I get all of my dresses at thrift stores and resale shops.
I've never paid more than $12.00 for a dress.

Forever 21 is good for inexpensive but cute dresses, but remember you get what you pay for - the stuff there is made pretty cheaply and tends to fall apart after a few washings.

In US? You can get pretty dresses for less than $20 and sometimes much cheaper if they are on sale at Ross...
