Get Microsoft Publisher. You'll not only use it for the certificates, but for news letters, activities, and much more. Great templates, and, it's a business expense!

I've seen them on the microsoft office page. Go to templates and then search for certificates and the list comes up.

I'm the counselor at my school and I use Microsoft Publisher for my certificates and newsletters. Five year olds can care less about the type of paper, they just want something that proves they did something good!

If you have any photo editing programs, sometimes there is some templates in there and you can design your own....good luck!
