Now I've looked into them before, and they seemed fishy.
My boyfriend has recently been sold on the idea's they represent. I'm hearing the same old scam-ola that 99% of "work at home" ventures recite.
I need some hard evidence to prove to him that they are full of baloney ... what better evidence than that of someone who's been there?

He does have a friend that says he's making money - of course he'll be placed under his friend and his friend will profit. Please give me ANY hard-earned opinions of Pre-Paid Legal. It would be greatly appreciated!

I have also heard from people who claim to have been "duped" that once you start working for them, any plans you sell are your responsibility. In other words, if something goes wrong it's all on you. You are liable, not the PPL company itself. Not sure if that's true either, it's just something I heard...

Pre-Paid Legal is a good company and a good concept. The greatest problem is people misunderstand what they have within the plan.

The plan for a customer is having their legal rights properly represented, in the event there is a point of law that this need appear.

One visit to a lawyer may cost $1,500.00, that is what my boyhood friend wanted to charge my mother. It seem that a person passing on a neighbors property fell. This person put the wrong address on the claim against the home owners policy. Thus my mother wound up with a big headache.

As a business agent, the question is "DOES YOUR BF" know how to market to other people that may want the plan but does not want to get into the business? There are many businesses out there that get a bum wrap just because the people involve do not know that sales; "is a specialty".

Really... I was asked to become a member and so far I haven't found anything wrong with it. I know a lot of people are "ify" about it but I do make money now don't get me wrong you have to put the effort into it. I run two businesses, PPL being one of them. So I don't have 24/7 to spend marketing it. Iknow a few of my friends do it and they are making money like crazy. If you have a sales person characteristic then it can be done.

I don't know about any money that you may make from them, but I was a sucker who actually bought the plan. They did nothing for me and I'm spreading the word. Of course, I dropped the plan when I was tired of being duped.
