u might try reloading windows your surfboard my be damaged.
u will need windows disk hopefully it came with your computer .. load disk it will give some options try a partly reboot of windows to try to save your files.
if this happens when you try to go on line then cheek cable connection .. if fine try reloading your server info.
you know like AOL msn etc. etc..if that dose not work turn off computer and turn back on holding the f1 key to go into reboot u will need the disk that came with your computer .. and you will have the option of a partly reboot i would advise this to maybe save some files

its a virus run a virus scan..
