Does any university/college own a bank used primarily by its stakeholders(students, faculty, etc....)?

There are banks with products targeted at "students", "young people", etc. My question is more concerned with ownership per se.

Many universities have credit unions. The one at the University of Pennsylvania is run by undergraduate students from the Wharton School.

The University of Massachusetts had a student-run credit union when I was there 10 years ago. Not sure if they still have it or not, though.
