For making laws such as banning smoking in washington DC, bars and restaurants, curfews, no sodas in high school, not being allowed to say Christmas in school or singing Christmas Carol, for banning the paintings of Jesus in public places, for our phones and emails being tapped whenever the Govt like, for imminent domain, raising taxes, etc. I think America is turning very communist, do you agree or disagree ?

Actually you are going the wrong way.. I believe it is becoming more fascist..Goverment censorship, phone tapping, The Patriot Act, extreme religious beleifs being mixed wityh politics, using fear and propaganda to promote "national security" and occupying other countries using our military.

yeah I think it's pretty lame. I live in Colorado and you can't smoke in any pubic building and in Boulder you can't even smoke outside... it's ridiculous. And now everywhere is banning trans fats- you know that's just silly if people don't eat healthy that's their fault- restaurants shouldn't be punished for it.

and whats wrong with communism its better than Nazism Nazism is where christians put you to death for not being the same sect as them, or for not being perfect, or for being Jewish, christians are getting what they did in Nazi Germany back as karma debt.
