Very accurate. Read the information that came with the test about things that could make the test less accurate.

It depends on where you are in the cycle if you have missed your period and take a test the hormone should be strong enough to pick it up. If you think you are the best time to test is in the morning after sleeping so that your urine is the most concentrated, just dont drink a bunch before going to bed or you could dilute the hormone. So after a night of sleep wake up and use the first morning urine on the stick if you have the hcg hormone it will show up. Different people produce different amounts and I have never had a false positive or negative when i have used the test. But the other day there was a lady who said she had taken tests with her previous pregnancy and would come out negative and didnt know that she was pregnant for sure until getting a blood test from her doctor. So most accurate is blood if concerned with a urine test call your doc to set up an appt.

This depends on alot of things. How soon afetr conception? Sometimes, it will take a while for the hormones to show. Has there been a missed period yet...or did you just have a feeling that you migfht be and took the test to see because you could not wait.
Also, some women do not have a high enough hormone level for a home pregnancy test. I had 5 negative tests before I finallly went to see my OB...and sure enough I was preggo. My docotr told me that m,y hormone levels were not high enough to be detected.
Also, what time of day you take the test can affect it. Most tests are more accurate in the morning. The pregnancy hormone shows more in your first urination of the day than any other. So if you got a different result than you wanted or expected there may be many differnt reasons.
Call your doctor if you havent had a periiod and still are getting negative results.
There can be other things that cause this and you would want to have them checked.

It depends on the test and when it's taken. Also, if it's taken properly. A blood test is very accurate. In general they are 97% accurate.

99% according to the box. But honestly there more accurate closer the the missed cycle. If it says pregnant you probally are. If it says negitive it could be wrong. Ive seen more false negitives than false positives.
