Why do men cheat?

OK so me and hubby were talking and i thought i would just ask the world or at least the people on yahoo why do men cheat. If you have a women at home who is taking good care of you why would you hut her and cheat.

The reason why Men cheat in most cases is the release of endorphins that cause a hieght of excitement around Women especially when alcohol is involved and when the right one comes along at the right time and want to sleep with your husband, he has to make a deicison right there on the spot and the first thing he say;s is I can do this and get away with it. This is a piece of cake.

Then he screws up and doesn't use a condom and she haunts him and the wife eventually finds out the truth and he explains dearly "Honey it was just one mistake" thats the Gods honest truth,

When a Man makes that one bad move, he lives to regret it for the rest of his life that he cannot be trusted and it would take years for him to prove otherwise and maybe...oh oh, lets turn the other cheek.

All of this could of been avoided if he had used better judgement in the beggining when he slept with a nice piece of assss and that's all it was.
Lesson learned here.

Really it's a two way thing...why do women cheat? well i truly think "people" cheat because of their own insecurities and sicknesses. it hardly ever has anything to do with their spouse. their spouse can be the most prettiest/handsome, work hard, and give all the support and love that they possibly can. What we as a people have to realize is it has nothing to do with beauty and support. it's all about the person who's cheating who in turn has low self-esteem & need to feel wanted all the time. That could be the result of someone growing up and was told/shown that they weren't good enough. But people are human, they make mistakes at the same time....when in a marriage it's time to grow up. seek help by all means to make the marriage work.

You know this is a great question I have never had a woman that I did not cheat on and I ask my self this question I lost every good woman and every thing I Owen because of cheating I will tell you it,s more than one reason why we cheat for me I will say it,s because I love beautiful woman and there are a lot of them and I can,t say no to all of them and you know the sad thing about it 99% of the time it,s not worth it I don,t like cheating on my girl but I can,t stop and I know that there are a lot of men who wish they could stop cheating too. Verity is the spice of life I don,t want to make light of this subject because there are a lot of men out here like my self who have lost everything so this is one of my reasons for cheating I could give you some others but I don,t know if there is a big er reason for me to cheat then I know about

You know that's the age old question. Every man has a different reason. I have been told that a man likes knowing he has a home life to go home to every night. It's like his security blanket. It's like they also want the single life, partying, drinking, ladies. Hard to sometimes choose what is right or the moral thing. Other times it's simply because there insecure or not getting something at home. Even though the woman may be cooking, cleaning, making love right. There's something they feel there missing. I was told home life gets boring and sometimes guys need some excitement in there life. Every man has there own reason even though not one would be moral or excusable.

I was the good wife who did any thing for my husband. I always worked, keep house clean, sex any time or any way he wanted, cook, took care his children, etc... And my husband, a man who cheated on me all the time. And the truth is men like my husband needs more. Its more about the sex. Something different. My husband never had any intentions to leave his family. Of course I put a end to it. Anyways I believe that why men cheat. For the sex, and for that moment that other women makes them feel good.

From my personal experience, men with confrontational problems cheat. Instead of dealing with issues, they run to someone else and pretend nothing happened. My ex was engaged before me, cheated on me after 8 years of marriage and seems to now be cheating on the woman he left me for. Pattern?

There are many reasons, and they don't all pertain to the men. Women do it too. Usually they are feeling neglected, at least in their minds. They may be having issues with aging too. If someone younger shows them any attention, they become infatuated. There are NO good reasons, but these are the best excuses.

There's a multitude of reasons, just being men and therefore all horned up all the time is a big one. There's excitement in getting away with something, excitement in being with someone new... the thrill of the chase to see who the man can get to bed... that's all I can think of at the moment... even the best of us can be dogs sometimes, depending on the situation... sorry!
