how do you play Em/G?

i tried playing Em/G for "The Gunners Dream" by pink floyd, and well its extremely difficult for me to figure out how to keep my pinky down on the 5th fret, it keeps curling up to the ring finger, and I keep trying to snap my pinky to go straight o.O

are there any other ways to play Em/G?

Does Em/G even USE the 5th fret? Anyways theres plenty of ways to play a chord. Try 0,0,0,2,2,3

There are numerous ways to play every chord. Standard form Em and G are probably the easiest of them all.
