You can check the most popular fighting anime series, Dragon Ball, Naruto, yuyu hakusho, Evangelion, Saint Seiya, bleach, tenjou tenge, street fighter II, fatal fury movies, samurai champloo, samurai 7, rurouni kenshin., Guyver, Berserk, FMA and more. There are excellent fighting sequences there and lots of sites offering galleries.

You should use various search engines. Dragon Ball, Naruto, Hajime No Ippo, for instance have lots of fight scenes.
