You should not take any medication that is not perscribed to you...One Adderall will not help your concentration level. Should probably leave the Narcotic drugs alone!!

Oh hell yes. Make sure you only take around 20 mg, any more than that and you'd be too hyper to concentrate. I took my SAT's on a full nights sleep and got a 1280. The second time I took them, I was up all night drinking and got about 2 hours of sleep. But I took a 30 mg adderall and snorted a 20 mg, I finished every part with time to spare and got a 1400. Go for it, but take a test run. Take an adderall (again, no more than 30 mg, I'm just a beast) and play a round with some friends to see how you respond to it. It makes a lot of people jittery and nervous, not good things in a poker tourny

No. Adderall takes some time to start working. Sometimes up to 3 or 4 days. You might also feel a little sick when you first start taking it, so I wouldn't recommend starting it on a day you need to feel well. This is a serious medication, not something to experiment with.
