My wife REALLY wanted me to see "Clerks" because she loved it...
I hated it. I know, I'm certain I'm in the minority...but I simply didn't find it even a little bit amusing. She knew I didn't care for it, but she's watched things I've liked and not liked them at all (notably, one of MY favorites, "The Princess Bride").
I'll still watch things she suggests, and she'll watch things I suggest - we're both individuals, so we won't always like things the other does.

SLC Punk. Liked it for the most part, but found it a tad depressing and too artsy for my taste. I think I just wasn't in the mood for it. But I usually like my boys taste. Though I have been forced to watch far worse by others of much worse taste! I guess I've just gotten lucky.

Demolition Man with Wesley Snipes, Sly Stallone and Sandra Bullock. Even though I liked it, I made him sign up for Netflicks and watch them in another room. Leave nothing to chance.

He wanted to watch Invincible and I didn't really want too, even though I knew I would eventually watch it. I really liked it though. I think I was just footballed out by that point, but the story was great so I told him he could pick the next time we went to the movies.

My hubby wanted to see Rocky but I didn't want to but I went because I like spending time with him....
I actually enjoyed the movie way more then I thought I would......

I tried getting my man to watch Nanny Mcphee with me the other night but he didnt want to..when he finally sat down to watch it he laughed and enjoyed all the way through...He did think the end was kind of cheesy though.lol =)

"saving private ryan"
my bf wanted to watch it but i really didnt because my brother ryan had died in the war about 3 months ago.....but he didnt know that.....so i watched it with him the whole thing through.....so that he wouldnt think that i didnt want to watch it with him......but through the whole movie i cried.....so he told me that he wouldnt make me watch any more movies that have to do even the littles thing about war after i told him about ryan...so now we watch more funny things like "bring it on" movies...(i make him watch those movies....he hates them =)

"Deck the Halls" We were also with friends and I got outvoted. Luckily*?* I wasn't the only one disappointed
