what is silver surfer's powers and are they good or bad?

His coating allows him to survive in the vacuum of space, in the heart of a star or in just about any other environment. He can fly by means of his surfboard and attain speeds alloowing hum to warp space and navigate between star systems in shord amounts of time. He is even capable of intergalactic travel. Beyond that he can generate blasts of immense power projected from his hands and occasionally through his eyes. This energy is capable of vast destructive force and has been known to toppel both the Thing and the Incredible Hulk. Originally he was in the serbvice of Galactus, the World Devourer, but has since been banished to live on earth and has worked with a number of groups (Avengers, Defenders, Fantastic Four) on several occasions. Power itself is neither good nor evil...only in how it's used.
