My chicken sandwich from Popeyes Chicken had a fly in it .

I would stop eating the sandwich and bring it back to the counter with the fly. If I had not eaten much of the sandwich, I would just ask for a replacement. And if I was already full, I would ask the manager for a refund. Please note that I would be completely civil during this entire ordeal since it was not intentional.

a fly is not going to kill you yea some people might gross out about it but you shouldnt worry...
i was eating at a restraurant a year ago or so and i found an earwig in my food an dit had been cooked inside the food it was probably the size of a small paperclip
if you ever get anythign like that... thats when you needa ask for your money back or just not pay at all and walk out even if the manager asks you to stay and eat something else, because by that time your appetite is gone

17 years ago I picked up an order at Mug n' Bun in Indianapolis. I took it home and found a roach on my cheeseburger. I've never been back! So, that's what I would do if I found a fly in my food...not go back and make sure to tell everyone about it!

first take a picture of this with your cell phone be sure to include the popeye's packaging, quietly take it back and demand your money back for the meal you just paid for, and some free vouchers.then call the local board of health and report them so they will clean up their act.

You should sue cause a fly can carry viruses and can carry nasty stuff cause everytime a fly lands it throws up and flys do eat creep so i would say sue ok.
