when i a scan in my psp for internet signals is says an internal error has occurred(80410a0b) why?

i dont have an internet connection i am trying to search for some one else's i go to the part where u scan for internet signals and after a while says an error has occured how do i change this or what?

I am sorry, but you have not provided enough information to allow anybody to give you any type of helpfull response. It would help if you could add details such as the type of connection you are using, what modem, router, adapter, etc. It would also help if you provided more details on exactly what you are doing when this occurs. Just saying you are scanning for internet signals is not enough. Wish I could be of more help, but maybe somebody else can if you add more details.

its not picking up your wireless signal or either your wep is locked and you have to disable your security contact the psp people they will talk u through it they helped me
