I had the same problem.
All they'll do is give you an address in Livingstone.
Not very good customer service, they obviously don't like people complaining or trying to get to the bottom of your problem.
Or possibly getting annoyed at them because of their crap service.

Sky don't have a customer complaints department nor a customer service department either. They have a customer relations department which is such a joke. If you want to complain, write to them to cancel you with effect from the date they should receive your letter. Then immediately cancel your direct debit or credit card mandate. Finally they will send you some automated letters. Just write back with a simple one page letter to protect yourself legally explaining your situation. Then Internum Justita who is their credit collection agency will start calling you. DON'T PAY THEM even if the ask for part payment and offer to write off the rest. They will threaten you with legal action after about a month. Just reply setting out the facts (again) and that you intend to defend any claim and submit a counter claim for expenses incurred as you have had to write a number of times and make 8p per minute phone calls waiting to talk to someone who can't help you. They should leave you alone after that.

no they have changed it all so that if u want to unsubscribe u have to do it by post and it apparently takes 4 weeks to cancel, and the complaints go the same way, but i suggest if u r payin by direct debit simply cancel it, they r so rude, we r now gettin at least 5 calls a week wanting us to get it back on, never !! freeview all the way!!

Try their web site and write to them. Its the only way, and dont hold back, tell them what you think of them.
I had the same problem and this was the easiest way to do it rather than waste money trying to speak to someone.
Good luck..
