Actually, I was just thinking a few days ago about how guilty I felt, because I think that watching fat people fall is one of the funniest things on earth! I can't help it...I still laugh each time I see a replay of Star Jones tripping after getting hit with a football. Of course, it's funny when anyone trips...but it's even funnier watching someone fall when they're almost spherical in shape...and watching them try to stand up? Killer.

What a mean question LOL.
But I would say it depends on if I knew him or not... If we were friends then I would make sure he's all right, then laugh at him and tease him a little... It really is all in good fun.
But if I didn't know him, I would at least TRY not to laugh... If the guy was hurt I would help him, but if he was laughing and making a joke of it himself then I might go up to him and ask him if he was all right... You never know, he might be a great guy and a possable new friend!
If it was someone I didn't like and I saw him fall, then you're darn right I would laugh! ;-)

Only after I was sure he wasn't injured. And I wouldn't laugh out loud unless he laughed too. As long as no one gets hurt (that's my disclaimer), there is nothing on earth which is funnier than seeing someone fall on their a-s-s-. And I'm qualified to say that because even though I'm athletic, well coordinated, and not accident prone, I have spent my share of times with arms and legs flailing in all directions after slipping on ice, or tripping on a street curb, etc. No one laughs harder at oneself than I.
The success of the tv show "America's Funniest Home Videos" indicates how the majority of people feel.

I always get scared when anyone falls, I only laugh after I know they're OK.

Yes, i laugh every time someone falls on their ***. Then i make sure they are okay. If they are, i laugh some more.

Well, I'm not exactly skinny and have fallen on my @ss before. I got up laughing at myself, so I guess I would say yes.

i would and did
in highschool i had a very overweight friend, once she wanted to come up to tell me something and tripped on her bookbag, this was in the cafeteria and someone screamed out EARTHQUAKE!!!!!!, it was hilarious even she laughed, she's a good sport i guess

Your question should read " If you saw a fat *** fall on his / her ***, would you laugh." And yes I would. If you can't laugh at others what can you laugh at.?
