If I don’t scream about this my head is going to explode and then their will just be a great big mushroom cloud right where Mulletville, TN used to be . . . . .
After 8 years he walked out, but a wee bit too early because the tumor I had at that time actually turned out to NOT be fatal, obviously. I WISH it wasn’t true! We had a 3 bedroom house in Florida FLO-RI-DA!!!! with, you know, an entire yard. Now I am in Mulletville, TN in PUBLIC HOUSING GGRRR!!! And he stopped paying child support exactly two seconds after his ex-best friend’s wife got pregnant . . . . . . .
And I am still the one PAYING FOR THE DIVORCE!!!!!!!!!!!!
Damn it! This is just like a bad country song. Nothing’s missing but the dead dog. Why can’t this divorce be more like an MCR song full of blood, gore and poetic justice?
Why can’t my whole life just be FERGALICIOUS???
(other than the fact that I’m not devastatingly gorgeous and can’t sing, well come to think of it neither can Fergie)

I can and I will. If he's the type of "man" that runs like hell when the chips are down, you're better off without him anyway. To top it off, he's not paying on the responsibility(ies) that he created to begin with, then why the heck is he out creating more responsibilities? I picture someone with a great big "L" in the middle of their forehead. You can do much better than that. When you walk out of that court room you will feel so much better, lighter, as if a great burden has been lifted from your shoulders. You will survive and begin to flourish. Keep your chin up, being single can definately be fun and interesting. When you're ready, get out there and strut your stuff, enjoy yourself, make new friends.

Well there a couple of positive things in your situation ! 1 That jerk is out of your life. 2 The ex-best friend just might do the things you wish you could. Thus saving you a long time in jail. 3 You are now available when a truly nice guy comes along.

Fergie, by the way, according to my 14yr old son is a BUTTERFACE.
That said, heres what you gotta do--tell your story to the judge, keep your chin up, and wear pearls. You have a great sense of humor in a difficult situation, and that says a lot about your character (which your ex is devoid of apparently).

Tell the Judge everything you just told us, be calm and to the point, express your heartbreak and disappointment in the best way possible. I will light a candle for you and pray that everything is in your favor and that the son of a ***** gets whats coming to him. Living well and not letting it control you is the best revenge

If what you say about having the tumor & all is true (I DO believe you!), your divorce attorney will most likely nail your ex's balls to the wall. Everything will work out for you.

Move on. Prosecute him. He will suffer for years if he doesn't pay for his kids. Let the law hunt him down and put him in prison.
