Could you just unhook the DVR and hook it up to another TV? Is it an easy process?

yes, when it says searching for satellite signal just press exit, then you can go to your recordings and watch them

Yes. It's super easy. Disconnect the wires from one tv and reconnect them to another tv. The trick with camping will be finding a place to plug it in. Only a few trees come with outlets.

Yes you can if you have somewhere to plug it in. I'm assuming you want to watch the shows that have been recorded already and not live TV, right?
