She is so over concerned about everything. Everything has to be all about her. She's 53 no kids, no bf franking I think she needs a burst!!!!!!!!! me and my coworkers dont open the back window because of misquitos. She says they dont bother her................(dammitt she works out front we are in the back) and she smokes Do misquitos like smoke ummmmmmmmmmmahhh ...NO!!! I think I should leave before I tell her off. If we cant do an errand for her she freaks,,,,,,,,, if she comes to work and all the parking spaces is full up she wants to go home....................oh and she cant type on the pc and answer the phone the same time......I think I should leave

I would make a call to the big boss...her supervisor. You are all having to put up with too much crap from what sounds like a worthless employee. Call the boss and get it under controll.

Under the surface, it sounds like you might just want to leave this job and the office administrator is a good reason for going. Report the behavior to the proper people but decide if you really are looking for a way out of this job and really want to move on to better working conditions and a new career. Sometimes we need a "reason" to leave a job that we dont enjoy. Think it over and start looking for a new job.

Ha! sounds exactly like one of my old bosses.
Do you have an HR person where you work? If so, go to them and tell them that all of these behaviors are making it difficult for you all to do your job. If HR or management doesn't care, then yes look for greener pastures.

you need to relax a little. try to understand her from her point of view especially before you attack her.
