Absolutely not Coughlin is not the coach for the Giants they need a coach that can develop Eli and not this jerk. Coughlin, Lewis, Gilbride should have all been fired.

2 straight years winning and in the playoffs, why not keep him? The team simply isn't that talented and Eli has been less then average at times. The bigger question is who can they find to pick up the 2000+ yards that Tiki was giving them each year. Brandon Jacobs is not the answer. They also need a #2/#1 WR. The coach did his part, needs better players now.

They did make the playoffs.. and they lost on the last play of the game to a fieldgoal. to a hot eagles team... Sure I think Coughlin is Suspect at times and they need to involve shockey more but he does the best with what he has. A Young Qb and a banged up "D" this year..

Yes. However they should not have given him a one year extension. Bill Cowher will return to coaching after next season. It will now cost the Giants roughly $3 million to pay him off.

He's still their coach for at least 1 more year, unfortunately. I can't stand that guy. Everytime i see him on the sidelines he's crying about something. Also, no coach should ever BLAME his players for a loss and he did after each game they lost. He's the reason that team fell apart this year.

The coach is always the scapegoat, granted that he did not doa great job with his players, it's not all his fault
