Aww. Nothing to worry about. I had that for about 4 months. I was soo scared. Then I woke up one morning with blood in my knickers (but it was kinda redy-brown). I started crying. Then the night before my 12th birthday (2 months after light periods) i got my first really heavy one and it has been hell ever since but mainly because I have really bad period pains. Also, you could get slight cramps in your stomach, a bad temper, food cravings and your discharge (white sticky stuff) can smell abit. Wash once a day and wait for your first period and be proud to have become a woman. It's not that bad and you get used to it good luck.

Also, when I was at your stage I was very scared, but I went on this website and it helped me alot. www.beinggirl.com
If you need to ask any more questions go to ask Anna it really help because every one is in the same situation as yourself and they don't know you so you cant be embarrassed.

You will probably have some slight 'spotting' or light bleeding before your periods start. You may also have some cramps, though they often don't start with your early periods. You may feel warmer than usual. It may take some time for your periods to settle into a regular pattern. Talk to your Mum or some older woman (not school playground gossip or old wives' tales.) Alternatively get a book on adolescence or look up information on the internet. It's important that you are well informed about all aspects of becoming a woman & about your body. Good luck.

When you have your first period you will begin to experience cramps, bloating, fatigue and irritability. This is a step towards becoming a woman. If the you have bloating and fatigue there are ways to help it go away like putting a heating pad over your stomach and taking two Tylenol.

if you just started getting the sticky stuff, you probably wont have your period for another 1 -2 years.

a sore back, and I do recall the first period I had, I felt like my body was splitting open- not very good. Hopefully your periods will regulate very quickly, but if not, take some strong pills like Aleve!

No real way to tell as far as I know, I don't remember anything specific happening, it just kinda happened... But discharge is totally normal, just a part of growing up... Hope this helps!

Greasy hair, perhaps a few spots, get easily upset (crying for no reason). Maybe pop a slim sanitary towel in your bag so you're prepared.
