Read.

Pick whatever subject you like. Even if you don't usually like to read, you will find it relaxing.

Pick a book not a magazine. Magazine are designed to be attention grabbing, and therefore are not as relaxing. Don' t listen to music or have the television on in the background. If you get into the book, the sounds can be over stimulating. If you have kids, you can read a long book to them. It will actually have a calming effect on the children. If you have a spouse you could read to them. They WILL laugh at you at first, but the right book will make them think you're kinda sweet (corny).

I like science fiction and auto-biographies; but you choose whatever tickles your fancy.

Let me know if find any good book.

After a long and tiring day at work, I love to go home and cook.. just knowing I made myself and my family a healthy and good meal makes me feel better. Then curling up on the couch, watching my favorite shows, reading a book to my daughter and then going to bed myself. It's really relaxing compared to the craziness of my job!

If its been a bad day and I'm angry or annoyed, I come home and take out my anger on a violent computer game. After about an hour, I usually feel much better.

I don't even work but if I did I'd kick back and play a game or come online or watch tv.Whatever that would be relaxing. My husband likes to play games when he gets home from school where he's studying for his GED.

Personally, I pleasure those areas that require usage, like going to the playground and kicking a ball about, thus indicating to those in Authority it is being utilised and making someone happy. And thus I make both them and myself

"Viola" ~

'Happy.'

Sash (and yes, I will continue taking the medication)

The art of cooking for one is not bad, say if u are unfortunate with making friends. To walk home is also refreshing, u go through your thoughts; critically challenge them. I find reading heavy unless I am preparing for exams or seminar.

I'd talk on the phone to friends who cheer you up! Or I just relax and watch TV, I could do that for hours o, and I also read a novel.

I like to write when I have no ideas of what to do for the evening, but you might have different preferences. What do you like doing?
